SHIPPING + PICKUP POLICY

PRODUCTION TIME

Most Womba Ice jewelry is custom-made or made to order.

Your estimated production timeline will be provided on your quote or invoice. The timeline begins after the required deposit has cleared and all necessary design details have been approved.

We will notify you if the estimated completion date changes.

MISSISSAUGA PICKUP

Pickup is available in Mississauga by appointment only.

We will contact you when your order is ready and arrange a pickup time. The remaining balance must be fully paid and cleared before the order is released.

Please bring your order confirmation or valid identification when requested.

SHIPPING

Shipping is available to eligible locations.

Orders are shipped using tracked delivery when available. Tracking information will be provided after the order has shipped.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected before shipment.

If an order is delayed, damaged or missing during transit, contact us so we can assist with the carrier investigation or claim.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes or import charges applied by their country.
