WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY

Womba Ice offers a 30-day workmanship warranty beginning on the pickup or delivery date.

This warranty covers confirmed manufacturing defects, including defective clasps, construction issues or stones becoming loose because of a setting defect.

NOT COVERED

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear, scratches or tarnishing
• Natural plating wear
• Damage caused by impact, misuse or improper care
• Bent or broken jewelry
• Lost jewelry or stones lost after impact
• Incorrect sizing provided by the customer
• Work performed by another jeweler

REPAIRS

Repairs outside the warranty period will be inspected and quoted before work begins.

Payment may be required before replacement parts, stones or repair work are ordered.
