REFUND, RETURN, DEPOSIT + CANCELLATION POLICY

CUSTOM AND MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

Because our jewelry is custom-made or produced specifically for each customer, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing supplied by the customer, or personal preference.

This does not affect any rights available under applicable consumer-protection law.

DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATIONS

A deposit is required before design, material ordering or production begins. The deposit is applied toward the full order price.

Before design, materials or production begins:
Contact us immediately at contact@wombaice.ca. Any refund will be reviewed based on costs already incurred or committed to the order.

After design, CAD, materials, supplier ordering or production begins:
The deposit becomes non-refundable because order-specific work and costs have begun.

Changes requested after design approval may require additional payment and may extend the completion timeline.

If Womba Ice cannot complete an order as agreed, we may cancel the order and issue the appropriate refund.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from the approved order details, contact us within 3 days at contact@wombaice.ca.

Include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos or videos

We will review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate repair, replacement or other resolution.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized jewelry
• Made-to-order jewelry
• Items altered, worn or damaged after delivery
• Items returned without prior approval
• Sale or clearance items

SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Orders are shipped using tracked delivery when available. If a package is delayed, damaged or missing during transit, contact us so we can assist with the carrier investigation or claim.

Packages reported missing after confirmed delivery will be reviewed individually based on the tracking information and available evidence.
