HOW TO ORDER

1. Send Your Idea
Send us a reference photo and tell us the piece, material, size, budget and deadline.

2. Receive Your Quote
We’ll confirm the details and email your official quote.

3. Approve + Pay Deposit
After you approve the quote, we’ll send your invoice. A deposit is required to begin.

4. Design Approval
For custom pieces, you’ll review and approve the sketch or CAD before production.

5. Production
Your jewelry is made and you’ll receive progress updates.

6. Final Payment + Delivery
The remaining balance is due before pickup or shipping.
